If you simply can't wait for your piece(s) or are buying for a special occasion that's coming up soon, please drop us a message via email or social media with 24 hours after placing your order and we will do our best to prioritise your shipping for you.
We currently ship worldwide, however if you don't spot your country at the checkout, just get in touch and we would be happy to arrange a shipping option for you.
UK ORDERS - flat rate shipping
1st class = Free for orders over £35 or £3 for orders below £35 (arrives in approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch date)
EUROPE - flat rate shipping
Tracked & signed = £9.99 (arrives in approximately 3-14 working days after dispatch date)
REST OF WORLD - flat rate shipping
Tracked & signed = £14.99 (arrives in approximately 3-14 working days after dispatch date)
International customers please note that any import duties, taxes, or charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, so we recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs may be prior to purchase.
We try our best to describe our threads as best we can, however we understand that sometimes items may not fit exactly as desired or that the style may not suit everyone. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
Any items must be returned to us within 14 working days of receiving the item for a full refund to be issued. (Please note we will not be able to reimburse any outward or return postage costs). Any items received after this time period (14 days) will be offered a credit note. Any return queries after 28 days of purchase will not be accepted so please do let us know ASAP if you need to return the item so you don’t miss out!
To make a returns request please drop us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and reason for return. Any item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in the same condition the item was sent in, including any tags etc.
Please note that items are returned at your own risk and cost. We advise for you to use a tracking method to post your item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
Once we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. As stated above, anything received after this will be issued with a credit note via email and any returns received after 28 days will not be processed.
Please note that if you have purchased an item on pre-order, this item cannot be returned as it will have been ordered for you specially.
